Spirometry

Spirometry is the most common of the lung function test used to assess how well one's lungs work by measuring how much air one inhales, how much you exhale and how quickly you exhale. It measures the volume and speed of air being inhaled and exhaled. Breathing dust can over a long period cause obstructive disease of the lungs.

Spirometry is mostly done on employees subjected to fumes, dust, paint or pest sprays. The results are produced instantly.

DX Centre carries out these examinations at company worksite.
